- use gpgverify macro
- add missing BR: perl-generators to generate perl dependencies
- add Requires: hostname which might be missing on minimal installs

67e6d84725 set the default CDDBMETHOD to cddb 
(perl MusicBrainz modules are not packaged)

add a weak dependency on lame, since mp3 encoding is now in Fedora 25+
