Robert Scheck 31f2bba5e7 Fix building on CentOS/RHEL 7 and 8 
ampache_browser 1.0.7 requires C++17/filesystem headers and linking,
however -lstdc++fs doesn't seem to work with GCC 8.x, while it works
with GCC 12.x (RHEL >= 9).
