- gcc-plugin: use a bigger buffer for constructing notes.
- llvm-plugin: Fix detection of optimization level.  Improve test.
- clang-plugin: Improve test.
- configure: More improvements.
- annocheck: Fix seg-fault when checking for glibc components in string format notes.
