357878948a Don't build with ulimit -s unlimited 
Back in 2005 or 2008 (a bit unclear from git history and RPM
changelogs), it seemed that clisp wouldn't build on ppc or ppc64
without increasing the ulimit for stack size.

This seems to no longer be required.

Tested building on ppc64le, aarch64, x86_64.
