d399388c03 various multibyte patch fixes 
- fix cut output-delimiter option
- prevent infinite loop in sort when ignoring chars
- prevent using unitialized variable in cut
- fix pr -c and pr -v segfault with multibyte locales
- fix stack smashing, buffer overflow and invalid output of pr (#772172)
