Adam Williamson 88612fd7df Add Georgian layout and font (from upstream PR #127) 
These are added as source files rather than a patch because the
patch would be binary and autosetup won't apply those, but we're
just adding the same two files the upstream PR adds. This adds a
switched keyboard layout and a console font for Georgian. Thanks
to Temuri Doghonadze and Gia Shervashidze for these.
