Enhancements for RHEL kernel:
...
- remove unneeded uname-r sub-package for RHEL
- enforce a range dependency for kernels
- register modules with /usr/sbin/weak-modules
- use depmod as seen in example file /usr/lib/rpm/redhat/kmodtool
