- Added "BuildRequires: pkgconfig" for ( #193506 )
...
- Replace "makeinstall" with "make install DESTDIR=..."
- Touch XvMCConfig during install phase, and add to file manifest as a
ghost file, so that it is owned by the package if the user creates it.
