The moby-engine package

Maintainer notes

Follow these steps to build this package.

Use your favorite git client to check out the repository if not already present.
```
fedpkg clone moby-engine
```
Update the %version0 macro in moby-engine.spec to the target version using your preferred text editor.
```
vim moby-engine.spec
```
Run ./mkvendor.sh to download upstream source files and generate vendor archives.
```
./mkvendor.sh
```

Build and test the package locally.

fedpkg --release rawhide mockbuild
