Second batch. Those only seem to fail in koji/x86_64, and not in a local
mock build and not on other architectures. Not sure why.

Combine nbdkit-gzip-filter with basic filters
...
nbdkit-basic-filters over time has actually gained dependencies on
zlib and zstd. Accepting this, don't package nbdkit-gzip-filter
separately.
For consistency document that nbdkit-basic-plugins also depends on
zlib and zstd (which it does already).
