Marcin Juszkiewicz b3520c17ac Explicitly set no rpath options for ldflags in pkg-config files 
On RISC-V /usr/lib64/lp64d/ is used. NUT checks it and then pkg-config
files gets rpath stuff in them. Which confuses packages depending on nut
(like collectd).
