cab2a0bb50 Drop linter and formatter dependencies 
This is to conform to Python packaging guidelines, not to mention that
the tests are not even run during the build.  Additionally, autopep8 is
not yet compatible with Python 3.12, thereby blocking this from building.

20edefb1c0 CentOS Stream 8+9 compability 
It is still possible to build this package for RHEL/CentOS (Stream) 8 and 9
given that recent libnvme is built the same way (e.g. in Copr).
