Iryna Shcherbina 392b872fc8 Fix shebangs for Python 3 
THis fixes a /usr/bin/python2 dependency from a Python 3 omniORB-devel
subpackage. The dependency is automatically generated from shebangs.

The shebang was mangled during build, see in logs:
