c162969362 Disable Redis test cases on i686 
Valkey (Redis) is not available there \[[1]\].

The other option would be to `ExcludeArch: %{ix86}`. This would mean the
package would not be build on `ix86`, therefore not tested on that arch.
Hard to judge what is better choice.
