Davide Cavalca c31ac52fb0 Refresh the patch to fix the line endings 
This patch uses DOS line endings (as that's what the sources use too),
but git "helpfully" converted them to UNIX ones by default, thus
breaking it. Trying again after doing:

  git config --local core.autocrlf false

and refreshing it.
