Petr Menšík f52704f363 Remove pkg-config, remove CC-BY from licenses 
Documentation is now clearly shipped under MIT license. Simplify
licenses.

Because new release does not correctly install pkg-config file, do not
offer it anymore. Flamethrower package uses only CMake directly.
