504e89c935 Do not fail for annobin-11.13-2.el8 
That build is older than the current variant of this test. Since this
test is used in RHEL gating, it should pass on any released and still
supported build. Hence this tweak.

fcc973bd33 Take patches into account when comparing the source tarball 
The distributed source tarball for gcc must be modified by all
downstream patches applied because some of these patches may be needed
in order to fix bugs downstream.

Replace the previous code with another one based on "diff -r", which
compares the contents of the extracted tarball, ignoring modified times
of the files.

abd081b5b7 Allow /sbin/ldconfig to be a symlink 
On a system with a partially merged sbin, /usr/sbin/ldconfig
may be a symlink, which causes annocheck to complain:
annocheck: Warning: '/sbin/ldconfig' is a symbolic link.  Run annocheck with -f to follow or -I to ignore.
Follow links to allow unmerged, partially merged, and fully merged
systems.
