Kernel rebuild is pretty hungry, and may starve out the rest of the
tests. By putting it in its own plan, CI systems will run it on its own
dedicated box.
Therefore adding a plan for it as well, and since it's a collection-only
test, we need a bit more tweaks of `adjust` to play nicely with the rest
of the coverage.
