Remove a workaround for an upstream bug
...
The bug
https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=32146
appears to be fixed. The respective upstream test case now
passes in downstream builds:
dwz-0.15-8.fc42
dwz-0.15-8.fc41
dwz-0.15-8.fc40
so I'm removing the exclusion.
