b345531df7 Add PyTest as a test dependency 
After merging https://github.com/OpenSCAP/openscap/pull/2039,
OpenSCAP upstream test suite will require pytest for running,
because it will contain a Python unit test for the autotailor
utility.

9522d6ee14 Remove fmf file in root which causes issue when running all tests from plans 
The issue is following when running the main plan:

d5250de9f1 Apply the hugetables patch only on RHEL 8.5 and older 
The patch will be submitted upstream in
https://github.com/OpenSCAP/openscap/pull/1745
and also it should become a part of the newest RPM builds,
starting from openscap-1.3.5-2
