0b82835874 Fix the grep regexp for sshdconfig 
Vim now ships sshdconfig for ftplugin too, which makes current grep
regexp fail. Fix it by specifying the path further...

9cb960d9be Remove *SPECPARTS dir in tests which use rpmbuild 
RPM on F39+ creates dir <NVR>-SPECPARTS in BUILD during %%setup, which
breaks tests which use `cd BUILD/<component>*`. The new dir is needed
only for components which dynamically generate spec files during
%%build or %%install phases, which this component is not.

1f016e5ded upstream-unittests: Apply RPM workaround for package notes from Ruby 
Vim adds Ruby LDFLAGS during configuration, which (due Ruby's decision
to embed flags from the building time) contains flags from buildsystem
environment, especially package notes. This flag expects additional
environment variables to be set and they aren't set in normal
environment.

I've reported it to Vim upstream with PR which removes Ruby LDFLAGS from
configure script https://github.com/vim/vim/pull/11592 .
