Better integrate with Koji

When testing builds from Koji, the i686 repositories are not available
on x86_64, requiring packages to be manually installed in order to run
cross-compile-i686.

In a x86_64 system, compiler-rt.x86_64 provides important symlinks to
let a 64-bit clang find the i686 libraries.
