21a53d0fa8 upstream-testsuite: Save and print error_log 
cupsd sometimes fails to reload after receiving SIGHUP (at least in
container and in Bodhi) - print error_log to get a hint what happened

7ca9f74e59 basic-upstream-test-suite: Use rlFetchSrcForInstalled outside of rlRun 
Running it inside rlRun probably causes errors and warnings in CI on MR,
which are not influencing the final result, but confuses the reviewer:

88aca35042 basic-upstream-tests: Fix the test for RHEL 7 
There were several issues when running the test on CentOS 7/RHEL7:

- CUPS there uses openssl for TLS, fixed that in main.fmf
- filters and file conversions for them weren't set properly - created
  legacy.convs and patched (bannertopdf.patch) test/run-stp-tests.sh
  file in CUPS source tarball
- colord was missing on machine and even when installed it created
  warnings (probably due polkit) - upstream ignores those in newer
  releases, so I took the change and put into bannertopdf.patch.
  Warnings are not present when running lpadmin manually.
